Challenge: Handling tours in the rhythm of STEM
Specific to science centers are waves of visitors. School groups enter and leave at specific times. Traditional stores then generate congestion, and "analog" souvenirs are no match for interactive exhibitions.
Crowd Logistics
Handling thousands of children a day requires speed. Our vending machines act as additional unmanned cash registers at hub points.
No "Smart" Souvenirs
Children are looking for cheap gadgets. We turn the "tin" into a carrier of knowledge (Science Souvenir), which the parent will gladly finance.
Technology fit for the lab
Our vending machines are designed so that their design corresponds with the modern architecture of science centers. They are not "drink booths," they are interactive stations.
Design and Personalization
The vending machine in the "Space" zone can look like a shuttle panel. In the "Human" zone - refer to biology. Futuristic LED highlights the character.
Smart Payments
Young people are "Digital Natives." They pay with their phone or watch. Our transaction times are fractions of a second - perfect for a break in sightseeing.
Telemetry and Alerts
The system itself calls for service when it runs out of goods. The director can see online which vending machine (e.g., Robotics) is selling best.
Medal as a carrier of knowledge (Science Souvenir)
At GW Souvenirs, we believe that a souvenir should inspire. We don't sell "ordinary tinsel." Together with your education department, we design medals that are a mini lesson.
Astronomy
Solar System, Mars rovers, Copernicus.Physics and Chemistry
E=mc² formula, atomic model, Marie Skłodowska-Curie.Biology and Technology
DNA chain, robots, Da Vinci inventions.Recommended models for Education
We select equipment that can handle the "siege" by school tours and fit into tight exhibition corridors.
BIG COINMAT
The most efficient model. The capacity of 2,000 medals allows you to handle massive group traffic without the need for constant replenishment.
MIDI COINMAT
Slim type model. Ideal for corridors connecting exhibitions, entrances to the Planetarium or the DIY area. It does not block the circulation path.
SMALL COINMAT
If floor space is in short supply. Ideal in hallways next to restrooms or in bistro areas. Compact and modern.
B2B cooperation models
We offer flexibility for cultural and scientific institutions.
Revenue Share
Partnership without investment. We supply and service the machines. We share the revenue, which can feed the budget for new teaching aids.
Purchase on property
Full control over design and content. Ability to sell your own unique series of medals with high margins for your facility.
FAQ - Directors' Questions
Our devices work very quietly. They do not have loud compressors. The sound of issuing a medal is short and unobtrusive. We can also turn off the interface sounds.
Yes! The vending machine can promote the current exhibition (for example, "Dinosaurs") and sell a medal dedicated to it. After the exhibition is over, we change the veneer and merchandise.
Safety is a priority. The devices have CE certification, rounded edges (depending on the model), safe power supply and are sturdily mounted.
